What makes Kevin Greutert a great director is that he is able to balance things. Some directors have a hard time finding the right balance, but Kevin finds the perfect balance. In Saw 6 Kevin found the perfect balance between humor and seriousness. He also finds a perfect balance between both side story-lines. Kevin also is great at directing scenes to give the audience an emotional, humorous, tense or calm feeling without going overboard. That is why I think Kevin Greutert is a great director.

Kevin is not only a great director, but he saved this series after 2 mediocre sequels. He's passionate about us saw fans, he's passionate about saw, and he's passionate about film making. If you ask me, he is the best director we've had on a saw movie since James Wan. Saw VI was just as good as the first saw movie. His use of silence in trap scenes was brilliant. He fought for the things we love. He knows us inside out and has shown it with his mind blowing installment!

Kevin is such a terrific director because he makes everything feel so real when you're watching the movie and he brings all of these elements to the series that you never thought could be there. Kevin dug deep into the series to help us understand the characters and the plot a lot better. He truly brought life back into the series and revived so many fans that were disappointed by Saw V.
Again, I don't think I did that good, so good luck to everyone!

Kevin is such a great director because he not only managed to completely revive a series that was headed into the ground in 2 hours, but he managed to breathe even more life into the characters than any other director was capable of. He successfully kept the balance between all aspects of the conventions of SAW because he understands them more than anyone else.

Kevin Greutert is great at what he does because he's able to draw honest performances out of each and every actor. Good acting naturally lends itself to heightened intensity, which was masterfully sustained throughout SAW VI. Greutert is also deserving of praise for steering a sequel so respectful to, and considerate of, fan opinion. He takes his work extremely seriously and demonstrates close attention to detail. As a result, audiences are not merely interested in the action, but also emotionally involved.

Kevin Greutert is a director well versed in the technical aspects of filming, allowing his broad and unique visions to go unhampered by generally knowing what will and will not work. Kevin is well aware of both what he and his audience want from a film, and he delivers. His passion when it comes to directing is absolutely unquestionable, it shows in both his work and his interaction with people. That is his greatest strength, and it will take him far. Kevin is an incandescent burst where others are sparks.
That is ninety words. Best of luck to everyone.

To me, Kevin has made Saw what it was before, an fantastic horror movie. Kevin really directed a lot of scenes really well, like the Carousel scene. No matter what he's gone through earlier this year, I'm sure he will have some tricks up his sleeve make VII a fantastic movie. What I also love about Kevin is that he always posts in the forums to keep us posted and excited about the movie! And that is what I think of Kevin.

Kevin is a good at what he does with directing he found a good balance in VI. He was good at making the audience feel the suspense, intensity of a scene and balance the story lines very well. He knows what goes into a Saw movie and he was able to tell a story very thoroughly. During Saw VI he was able to tell a story without confusing the audience on real time and flashback scenes. I enjoy what he has contributed to the franchise an hope he does an amazing job with VII!

Kevin brought a creative spark to the franchise that many fans felt was long since missing since the day of the first introduction we had into the world of SAW. The raw emotion he creates not only keeps you on the edge of your seat, but compels you to connect to the characters in the films. Kevin listens to the desires of the fans and helps to mould and create a film that creates a true human response to the lessons being taught by SAW.
