Default It makes perfect sense

This is probably late, I hope not....

Okay when I originally was going to make this thread I was going to say that it makes perfect sense what Jigsaw put inside the Black Box for Jill. But after a little research I have changed my statement but here is what I was originally going to say.

Quote:
We have all been wondering what Jigsaw has put in that Black Box for Jill. Well it makes perfect sense. In Saw V, Jill gets a box after Jigsaw dies. In a scene sometime after that Jigsaw is seen telling Hoffman these exact words.....

"And the information that I have on you is exactly where it needs to be. And it will be released, in the event of my disappearence."

Jigsaw dies in Saw IV and in Saw V Jill gets a Black Box. This Black Box must contain the information on Hoffmon because Jigsaw died in Saw IV and now Jill gets a Black Box due to his death.

Now that was my original idea, but it has now changed because I noticed that the writers were careful not to say "In the event of my death" but instead had Jigsaw say "In the event of my disapperence". But Jigsaw never dissapeared, he actually died and was found by the police. So this Black Box must be from the event of his death and not from the event of his disappearence meaning it could not be containing the information on Hoffman like I had previously thought. So this means Jill couldn't possibly be trying to frame Hoffman in Saw VI.

First thread of 2009 btw, woot!

My personal opinion is that Jill is a red herring...and that the writers only want us to think that she plays a much bigger role than she actually does.

Disappearance, death, it's all the same IMO.

No I don't think so. Im pretty sure if anyone was writing that script that would have said death. I think Jigsaw meant disappearence as in Hoffman kidnapping him and locking him away or something like that, never to be heard from again just like Strahm.

I think what he meant by that statement was "As long as I'm not around to blackmail you myself."
